Um Videos von Youtube.com in Wordpress anzuzeigen ist ein Plugin nötig. Bisher hatte ich dazu Kimili Flash Embed verwendet, musste dann aber feststellen, das es sich mit einem anderen Plugin nicht verträgt.

Also Editor geöffnet, das DewMP3-Plugin umgeschrieben, und schon geht wieder alles. Zur eigenen Verwendung gibt es das kreativ benannte Plugin hier. Einfach in den eigenen wp-content/plugins-Ordner entpacken und in Wordpress aktivieren. Zur Verwendung in einem Post oder einer Seite einfach folgendes einfügen (ohne Anführungszeichen):

["youtube" id]

Die id dann durch die youtube-id ersetzen, und fertig. Ein typischer Youtube-Link sieht so aus, die ID is fett markiert: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DHOZW_8OPk

Usage instructions:

Download the plugin, extract it to your wp-content/plugins directory and activate it just like any other wordpress plugin. Afterwards, you can include a youtube video on your posts or pages by writing this (without quotes):

["youtube" id]

You’ll find the necessary id in the address of the video. A typical address looks like this, the id is highlighted in bold: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DHOZW_8OPk
